How long until I receive my order?
As mentioned in our ‘about us’ section, all of our products are hand poured individually. From ordering, please allow 7 days for us to pour, cure and dispatch your product.
Allowing our products to ‘cure’ is an important part of our candle making process. This involves the chemical process of the wax binding with the fragrance oils to ensure, that once burned, the best scent throw possible is achieved.
We will notify you when your order has been dispatched via email.
Help! My order has arrived damaged.
We do everything we can to ensure our products are protected and packaged correctly so that they reach you in perfect condition.
However, on a very rare occasion, during transit, products may get damaged.
If this is the case, please contact us ASAP using the 'contact' tab on our website. Please include your order number as well as photos of your damaged item and we will rectify this as soon as possible.
Are your products vegan?
Yes! All products used in the production of our candles are vegan.
What wax do you use?
Our wax is made entirely of coconut oil and rapeseed oil. It is 100% natural plant-based wax. It is free from Soy, Palm, Paraffin and other synthetic additives. It is made within the EU which create a much smaller carbon footprint than soy and it burns at a much lower temperature meaning our melting/pouring process is having a much smaller impact on the environment.
What ingredients are in your candles?
All of our products are CLP compliant which means we follow regulations on providing our customers with the information they need on ingredients that may cause allergies. Our CLP labels are found on the bottom of your candle. They are also found in the 'Scent Information' page of this website.
How do I get the best from my product?
A care card is packaged with every product purchase. We have a care card personalised for every product. This card gives you instructions to follow to ensure that you get the very best from your Fred & Wick product.
